Returns
Do You Accept Returns?
We do accept returns for damaged or defective items. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly replace or exchange the item at no cost to you.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalized, artistic, and small-batch nature of our work, we’re unable to offer refunds or accept returns for reasons like buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. We hope you understand that each item is created and printed with care—just for readers like you.
Shipping
What Are Your Shipping Times?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.
Please note: Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times may vary due to weather, mail volume, or other delays beyond our control.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, please reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.
